Shipping Policy

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation. Please allow 1-2 days to process orders and 2-4 business days for your orders to be delivered after processing. Orders are sent our once orders are processed and payment and address have been confirmed. Joy Luxe Hair reserves the right to change shipping carriers or the delivery method specified on this website with a comparable service. Shipping rates may be more or less than the actual shipping rate charged by the carrier. 


International Shipping 


At this time we are only shipping to Canada. All orders to Canada will be sent out via USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping. 



Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final upon receipt of the product due to the nature of the product. Joy Luxe Hair will offer exchanges within 7 days of an exchange request via our email address at, Heading: Exchange Request. All exchanges must have the original security and hair tags and must be returned in it's original packaging. Washed or used hair cannot be exchanged. Send your exchange requests to:, Heading: Exchange Request, with the following information: 1) full name, 2) order number ​and 3) brief detail regarding the problem you are having with our product. If mailing back product for an exchange, please use a reliable shipping carrier. Joy Luxe Hair is not responsible for items lost in transit. If hair is able to be exchanged, the customer will be offered store credit. 


All clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hair bought during a PROMOTION cannot be exchanged for store credit once the promotion has ended at the promotional price. 


​WIGS, LACE CLOSURES, AND FRONTALS Are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or replaced. This does not apply to customers who were mistakenly sent the wrong product.
